As leader of all marketing programs for the franchise, Mike takes an active role in the success of Growler USA franchisees. Mike was promoted from VP to Executive VP in March 2016.

Mike believes we are at the stage of marketing where “there is a tremendous amount of user generator content, and people spending a lot of time talking about beer and the local brew pubs”. The social media channels are in place and asking for participation and the “trick is to find our soul and share it with the world”. Mike shares how the craft beer industry has grown and the role social media plays in the growth.

Jack opened Social Geek Radio with a tip on using Slide Share app. He uploads his presentations to the Slide Share app and uses his phone or tablet in one-on-one meetings.
